Terms Of Use

Effective Date: August 1, 2026
Last Updated:August 1, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ResurrectMinistry.com, including its content, features, forms, communications, and related online services collectively referred to as the “Website.”

The Website is operated by Resurrect Ministry Inc., a California nonprofit religious organization (“Resurrect Ministry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website.

1. Ministry Purpose

Resurrect Ministry exists to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, encourage biblical discipleship, provide Christian teaching and resources, support ministry outreach, and equip individuals and families to live courageously according to biblical principles.

The Website may provide:

  • Christian teaching and devotional materials;
  • Articles, commentary, podcasts, videos, and interviews;
  • Testimonies and ministry stories;
  • Prayer resources;
  • Information about ministry programs and events;
  • Speaking, interview, advertising, and collaboration-request forms;
  • Donation opportunities;
  • Links to books, merchandise, media platforms, and third-party services; and
  • Other ministry-related content and resources.

The inclusion of particular content, speakers, guests, ministries, organizations, or outside resources does not necessarily mean that Resurrect Ministry endorses every position, statement, product, ministry practice, or belief associated with that person or organization.

2. Christian and Editorial Viewpoint

Resurrect Ministry is an expressly Christian religious organization. Its Website and ministry content are presented from its sincerely held biblical, theological, moral, cultural, and public-policy perspective.

Nothing in these Terms requires Resurrect Ministry to publish, host, promote, or provide a platform for material that conflicts with its religious beliefs, mission, editorial judgment, ministry standards, or legal obligations.

Resurrect Ministry retains full discretion over its:

  • Religious teaching;
  • Editorial content;
  • Ministry programs;
  • Speakers and guests;
  • Partnerships;
  • Events;
  • Publications;
  • Testimonies;
  • Comments or submissions;
  • Advertising relationships; and
  • Use of its platforms and resources.

Resurrect Ministry may decline, remove, edit, or discontinue content or participation when it determines that doing so is appropriate to protect its religious mission, participants, audience, reputation, safety, or legal interests.

3. Informational and Religious Content Only

The Website’s content is provided for general religious, educational, informational, devotional, and commentary purposes.

Website content does not constitute:

  • Medical or mental-health advice;
  • Emergency or crisis intervention;
  • Legal advice;
  • Financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice;
  • Professional counseling;
  • A professional diagnosis;
  • A promise of any particular spiritual, personal, medical, financial, or legal outcome; or
  • A substitute for services from a qualified professional.

You should consult an appropriate licensed or qualified professional regarding matters requiring medical, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

The sharing of biblical teaching, encouragement, prayer, testimony, or personal experience does not create a physician-patient, therapist-client, attorney-client, financial-adviser, or other professional relationship.

4. No Pastoral Counseling or Confidential Relationship

Communicating with Resurrect Ministry through the Website does not automatically establish a formal pastoral counseling, clergy-member, spiritual-direction, fiduciary, or other confidential professional relationship.

Messages may be reviewed by ministry staff, volunteers, contractors, website administrators, email providers, or other service providers as reasonably necessary to respond to the communication and operate the ministry.

Do not submit information through a general Website form that you require to remain legally privileged or absolutely confidential.

Resurrect Ministry may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to suspected abuse, address a credible safety threat, protect a vulnerable person, prevent unlawful activity, or protect the rights and safety of the ministry or others.

5. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

The Website is not an emergency-response service, suicide hotline, law-enforcement agency, medical provider, or crisis-intervention service.

Do not use a Website form, email, social-media message, or prayer request to report an emergency or seek urgent assistance.

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact 911, local law enforcement, emergency medical services, or an appropriate crisis-response service.

Resurrect Ministry does not guarantee that messages or prayer requests will be reviewed or answered within any particular period.

6. Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 13 years old to independently use or submit personal information through the Website.

If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

A parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the Website and evaluating whether particular content, activities, or programs are appropriate for that minor.

Participation by minors in an in-person event, mentorship program, fitness program, outreach activity, SHIELD of VALOR program, or similar ministry activity may require:

  • Written parental or guardian consent;
  • Emergency contact information;
  • Medical information;
  • Behavioral or safety agreements;
  • Liability waivers;
  • Media releases;
  • Transportation authorization; and
  • Other program-specific documentation.

These Website Terms do not replace any separate agreement or consent form required for a ministry event or program.

7. Physical Activities and SHIELD of VALOR

Certain Resurrect Ministry programs, including SHIELD of VALOR, may involve exercise, physical conditioning, outdoor activity, travel, demonstrations, or other physical participation.

Physical activity carries inherent risks, including the risk of strain, illness, injury, disability, or death.

Online descriptions, videos, demonstrations, or fitness-related materials are general information and are not individualized medical or fitness advice.

Before beginning a physical-activity program, participants should assess their health and consult an appropriate healthcare professional when medically advisable.

Participation in a physical program may be conditioned on completing separate registration documents, medical disclosures, informed-consent forms, parental permissions, waivers, releases, or assumption-of-risk agreements.

No person should participate in an activity beyond his or her health, ability, training, or comfort level.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Resurrect Ministry and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

Protected material may include:

  • The Resurrect Ministry name and logo;
  • Program names and branding;
  • SHIELD of VALOR names, logos, and materials;
  • Articles and blog posts;
  • Video and audio recordings;
  • Podcast episodes;
  • Devotional content;
  • Photographs and graphics;
  • Interviews;
  • Teaching materials;
  • Website design and text;
  • Downloadable resources;
  • Event and training materials; and
  • Other original ministry content.

Third-party content remains the property of its respective owner.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, display, transmit, distribute, sell, license, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website content without prior written permission from Resurrect Ministry or the applicable rights holder.

9. Limited Permission to Share Content

Resurrect Ministry grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Website for lawful personal, household, church, ministry, educational, or noncommercial purposes.

You may share links to publicly available Website pages.

You may quote brief portions of Website content for commentary, teaching, criticism, discussion, or social-media sharing when you:

  • Accurately represent the original content;
  • Clearly credit Resurrect Ministry and, where applicable, the named author or speaker;
  • Include a link to the original Website page when reasonably possible;
  • Do not imply endorsement or sponsorship;
  • Do not remove copyright, attribution, or proprietary notices; and
  • Do not use the material in a misleading, defamatory, unlawful, or commercially exploitative manner.

Permission to quote brief excerpts does not authorize reproduction of complete articles, videos, podcasts, books, courses, downloads, training materials, or substantial portions of protected content.

Requests for broader permission should be sent to [INSERT CONTACT EMAIL].

10. Automated Access, Scraping, and Artificial Intelligence

Except for ordinary indexing by legitimate public search engines, you may not use automated means to access, copy, monitor, extract, archive, or collect Website content without prior written authorization.

Prohibited automated activities include:

  • Web scraping;
  • Data mining;
  • Content harvesting;
  • Bulk downloading;
  • Automated account or form submission;
  • Building commercial databases;
  • Creating unauthorized content archives;
  • Circumventing technical access restrictions; and
  • Using Website content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or populate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.

Nothing in this section limits uses expressly authorized by law that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.

11. Trademarks and Ministry Identity

The names, logos, slogans, program titles, designs, and branding associated with Resurrect Ministry and its programs may be trademarks or service marks belonging to Resurrect Ministry or their respective owners.

You may not use Resurrect Ministry’s name, logo, likeness, branding, or program identity in a way that:

  • Suggests authorization, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement;
  • Creates confusion about the source of content or services;
  • Misrepresents affiliation with Resurrect Ministry;
  • Solicits donations in Resurrect Ministry’s name without authorization;
  • Creates an unauthorized social-media account, website, event, fundraiser, or merchandise item; or
  • Damages or exploits the ministry’s reputation or goodwill.

12. User Communications and Submissions

The Website may allow you to submit messages, questions, event requests, testimonies, collaboration proposals, advertising inquiries, prayer requests, photographs, videos, written material, or other content.

You are responsible for the material you submit.

You represent that:

  • The information you provide is truthful to the best of your knowledge;
  • You have the legal right to submit the material;
  • Your submission does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
  • You have obtained appropriate permission from any identifiable person included in the submission;
  • Your submission does not contain unlawful threats, harassment, obscenity, malicious code, or fraudulent material; and
  • Your submission does not violate applicable law.

You may not impersonate another person or submit information using another person’s identity without authorization.

13. Prayer Requests and Private Messages

A prayer request, personal message, or general inquiry is treated as a communication to the ministry and not as permission for public publication.

Submitting a private communication does not grant Resurrect Ministry permission to publicly identify you, publish your testimony, or use your name, image, voice, or personal story for promotional purposes.

Resurrect Ministry may internally use and share the communication as reasonably necessary to:

  • Review and respond to the request;
  • Pray for the person or situation described;
  • Refer the request to appropriate ministry personnel;
  • Administer ministry activities;
  • Protect health or safety; or
  • Comply with law.

When possible, avoid submitting unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive information about another person.

14. Testimonies and Content Intended for Publication

If you expressly submit content for publication, request that Resurrect Ministry share your testimony, or separately authorize public use, you grant Resurrect Ministry a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, edit for length or clarity, format, publish, display, distribute, and promote the authorized material in connection with its ministry.

This license applies only to material you have expressly authorized for public use. It does not automatically apply to private prayer requests or ordinary personal communications.

Resurrect Ministry may request a separate written release before publishing identifying information, photographs, video, audio, or a detailed personal testimony.

Resurrect Ministry is not obligated to publish any submission and may remove previously published material at its discretion. Removal from all archived, printed, cached, syndicated, or third-party locations cannot be guaranteed.

Testimonials represent the experiences and views of the individuals providing them. They are not guarantees that another person will experience the same spiritual, personal, relational, physical, or other outcome.

15. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights;
  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, exploit, or impersonate another person;
  • Submit knowingly false, fraudulent, defamatory, or malicious information;
  • Distribute malware, viruses, spyware, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
  • Interfere with Website security or operation;
  • Test the vulnerability of systems without authorization;
  • Submit spam or unauthorized advertising;
  • Harvest email addresses or personal information;
  • Manipulate donation, registration, or contact forms;
  • Misrepresent an affiliation with Resurrect Ministry;
  • Solicit funds using Resurrect Ministry’s identity without written permission;
  • Use Website content for unlawful commercial exploitation;
  • Encourage violence or unlawful conduct;
  • Sexualize, exploit, groom, or endanger a minor or vulnerable person; or
  • Use the Website in any way that threatens the ministry’s safety, integrity, mission, systems, or legal rights.

We may restrict access, block communications, preserve evidence, report conduct to relevant providers or authorities, or pursue other appropriate remedies.

16. Donations

Donations made through the Website support the general mission and charitable activities of Resurrect Ministry unless a particular solicitation expressly states otherwise.

Resurrect Ministry retains discretion and control over donated funds consistent with its charitable mission, legal obligations, and any legally accepted restrictions.

A donor’s expression of preference does not necessarily create a legally restricted gift unless Resurrect Ministry expressly agrees in writing to accept the donation subject to that restriction.

Donations may be processed by third-party platforms. Their terms, privacy policies, processing rules, and security practices may also apply.

Unless required by law or resulting from a duplicate charge, processing error, or unauthorized transaction, donations are generally nonrefundable. Requests concerning a possible error should be submitted promptly to [INSERT DONATION CONTACT EMAIL].

Resurrect Ministry may decline, reverse, or return a donation when it determines that accepting the donation would be unlawful, administratively impractical, inconsistent with its mission, connected to fraud, subject to unacceptable restrictions, or harmful to the ministry.

17. Tax Matters

Resurrect Ministry is recognized as a tax-exempt religious organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Donations may be tax-deductible only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The deductibility of a payment may depend on:

  • The donor’s individual circumstances;
  • Applicable federal and state law;
  • Whether the donor itemizes or otherwise qualifies for a deduction;
  • Whether goods or services were received in exchange for the payment;
  • The value of any goods or services received; and
  • The nature and documentation of the contribution.

Purchases of books, merchandise, event admission, or other goods and services are not automatically charitable contributions.

Resurrect Ministry does not provide individual tax or legal advice. Donors should consult a qualified tax adviser concerning their particular circumstances.

18. Recurring Donations

When you authorize a recurring donation, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the selected payment method at the frequency and amount displayed during the donation process.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information.

Instructions for modifying or canceling recurring donations may be available through the donation processor or by contacting Resurrect Ministry.

Cancellation will apply prospectively and may not reverse a payment already submitted for processing.

19. Books, Merchandise, and Third-Party Purchases

The Website may link to Amazon, outside stores, publishers, merchandise providers, ticketing services, or other third-party sellers.

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, products offered through those services are sold, processed, fulfilled, shipped, and supported by the third-party seller rather than directly by Resurrect Ministry.

The third party’s terms govern matters such as:

  • Prices;
  • Taxes;
  • Payment processing;
  • Shipping;
  • Delivery;
  • Inventory;
  • Returns;
  • Refunds;
  • Product warranties; and
  • Customer service.

Resurrect Ministry is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, products, fulfillment practices, or policies of a third-party seller.

Resurrect Ministry may receive royalties, referral compensation, fundraising proceeds, or other financial benefit from certain purchases. Where legally required, material relationships will be disclosed.

20. Advertising, Sponsors, and Affiliates

The Website or ministry content may include sponsors, advertisements, affiliate links, fundraising relationships, or references to products and services.

The existence of a commercial or fundraising relationship does not alter Resurrect Ministry’s obligation to present its honest views.

Any endorsement or testimonial is intended to reflect the honest opinion or experience of the person providing it.

A sponsor or advertiser does not control Resurrect Ministry’s religious teaching or editorial judgment unless a particular item is clearly identified as sponsored content.

Resurrect Ministry does not guarantee the quality, performance, legality, safety, or suitability of a third party’s product or service.

21. Speaking, Interview, Advertising, and Collaboration Requests

Submitting a speaking, interview, advertising, media, event, or collaboration request does not create a contract or obligate Resurrect Ministry or its representatives to accept the request.

No engagement is confirmed unless the parties enter into a separate written agreement or receive an express written confirmation from an authorized representative.

Event dates, availability, topics, fees, travel arrangements, media rights, security requirements, cancellation terms, and other conditions may be governed by a separate agreement.

Information submitted through a request form must be accurate and complete.

22. Events and Ministry Programs

Registration for an event or ministry program may be governed by additional terms, including:

  • Eligibility requirements;
  • Codes of conduct;
  • Safety rules;
  • Cancellation policies;
  • Media releases;
  • Participant waivers;
  • Parental consent;
  • Transportation terms;
  • Health disclosures;
  • Confidentiality expectations; and
  • Assumption-of-risk provisions.

If an event-specific agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the event-specific agreement controls with respect to that event.

Resurrect Ministry may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel a program or event when reasonably necessary because of safety, weather, illness, venue conditions, legal requirements, low enrollment, speaker availability, ministry considerations, or circumstances beyond its control.

23. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

The Website may link to or display content from third-party services, including social-media platforms, streaming services, podcast providers, donation processors, stores, publishers, and news organizations.

Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Resurrect Ministry does not control and is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content;
  • Availability or security;
  • Data collection;
  • Advertising;
  • Products or services;
  • Political or religious positions;
  • Changes made by the third party; or
  • Transactions between you and the third party.

You access third-party services at your own discretion and risk.

24. Guest and Contributor Views

Statements made by guests, interview subjects, contributors, linked organizations, quoted individuals, or other third parties are their own unless Resurrect Ministry expressly adopts those statements.

Hosting an interview, publishing an article, linking to a resource, or appearing with another person does not necessarily mean that Resurrect Ministry agrees with every belief, statement, policy, action, or affiliation of that person or organization.

Resurrect Ministry may present competing or controversial ideas for purposes of news, commentary, criticism, religious teaching, public education, or discussion.

25. Accuracy and Availability

We seek to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Content may become outdated because of changes in law, public events, research, technology, ministry operations, or other circumstances.

We may correct errors, update content, remove material, change features, or suspend Website access at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical problems or harmful components.

26. Copyright Complaints

Resurrect Ministry respects intellectual property rights.

A person who believes material on the Website infringes a copyright may send a written notice containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work;
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • The complaining party’s name and contact information;
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act for the copyright owner; and
  • A physical or electronic signature.

Copyright notices should be sent to:

Resurrect Ministry Inc.
Attn: Copyright Matters
30700 Russell Ranch Road, Suite 250
Westlake Village, California 91362
Email: info@resurrectministry.com

Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice may result in legal liability.

If Resurrect Ministry hosts substantial user-generated content in the future and seeks protection under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act’s online-service-provider safe harbors, it should separately register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the United States Copyright Office.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

RESURRECT MINISTRY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE WEBSITE WILL MEET YOUR PARTICULAR NEEDS;
  • ACCESS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;
  • DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED;
  • CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT;
  • THE WEBSITE WILL BE FREE FROM VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR
  • USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL PRODUCE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

28. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESURRECT MINISTRY AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, CONTRACTORS, REPRESENTATIVES, AUTHORS, SPEAKERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE;
  • RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT;
  • THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES OR SERVICES;
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INFORMATION;
  • INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA;
  • USER SUBMISSIONS;
  • EVENT CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS; OR
  • OTHER DEALINGS CONNECTED WITH THE WEBSITE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RESURRECT MINISTRY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM ARISING SOLELY FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO RESURRECT MINISTRY FOR THE SPECIFIC WEBSITE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR
  2. ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Donations are voluntary charitable contributions and are not payments made in exchange for general access to Website content.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Resurrect Ministry and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Website;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Material you submit;
  • Your infringement of another person’s rights;
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized activity conducted through your account or identity; or
  • Your misconduct in connection with a ministry event or program.

This section does not require you to indemnify a party for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

30. Suspension and Termination

Resurrect Ministry may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Website when it reasonably believes that you:

  • Violated these Terms;
  • Misused the Website;
  • Threatened another person;
  • Engaged in fraud or unlawful conduct;
  • Interfered with Website security;
  • Infringed intellectual-property rights; or
  • Created a risk to the ministry, its participants, or others.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from the Website or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires another location.

You and Resurrect Ministry consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

32. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit concerning the Website or these Terms, the complaining party should send written notice describing:

  • The party’s name and contact information;
  • The facts giving rise to the dispute;
  • The legal or contractual basis of the claim; and
  • The requested resolution.

The parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief concerning intellectual-property infringement, security threats, unlawful access, fraud, threats, or other circumstances requiring immediate action.

33. No Waiver

A failure by Resurrect Ministry to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

A waiver is effective only when made in writing by an authorized representative of Resurrect Ministry.

34. Severability

If a court determines that any portion of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or removed as necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

35. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written permission from Resurrect Ministry.

Resurrect Ministry may assign these Terms in connection with a restructuring, merger, transfer of operations, or similar organizational transaction.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable program-specific, event-specific, donation, registration, or purchase terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Website.

A separate written agreement controls when it expressly states that it supersedes or modifies these Terms.

37. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Website features, ministry operations, programs, technology, or business practices.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
